Wheel on Door Bracket - Models NOW available to suit: Prado 150, Prado 120, Prado 90, Patrol GU

This new accessory from Kaymar enables greater choice of tyre width for spare wheel mounted on the rear door. Adding an extra clearance of 25mm at the hub wide tyres are kept well clear of the vehicle’s paint work. Manufactured from solid steel plate and finished with a bright, rust preventative electroplated coating it is an investment to last the life of the vehicle. (Part #K7120)

Also included with the bracket is an integral mounting for the Kaymar Telescopic Work Light (Part #K0500) too!

An optional HF/UHF aerial mount is available for attachment to the bracket for Prado 120 (Part #K7121) and Prado 150 (Part #K7123). NOT available for Prado 90

Mounting the bracket is quite straight forward as it simply locates on the door in place of the factory fitted spare wheel carrier which in turn fits to the bracket.

SPARE TYRE NUMBERPLATE BRACKET
This spare tyre numberplate bracket is suitable for Kaymar's spare tyre carrier, whether you have your original rear bar or Kaymar's Replacement Rear Step Towbar. This numberplate bracket includes the required numberplate light and mounts to the centre of your wheel, with the numberplate sitting just below the centre of your tyre. All Kaymar products meet the applicable Australian design rule standards.

JACK HOLDER WITH NUMBERPLATE BRACKET
When replacing the Centre of the Wheel Numberplate Bracket with our Jack Holder, the outer jack clamp is replaced by a clamp plate, which incorporates our numberplate and light bracket.

 

JACK HOLDER FOR KAYMAR SPARE TYRE CARRIER
This Jack Holder is designed to be used in conjunction with Kaymar's spare tyre Carrier and mounts to the front of the spare tyre carrier, locking the jack holder securely in place.

Different types of Jack Holders allow for the jack holder to be mounted either on the Kaymar spare tyre Carrier or, in some cases, on the wheel on the rear door. Contact our staff for further details.

 

TELESCOPIC LIGHT
This Telescopic Light mounts to the rear of a Kaymar spare tyre Carrier. It's telescopic arm and pivoting head makes it easy to have the light just at the height and angle you need to retrieve or replace tyres on the spare tyre carrier, if caught out at night. The light uses a 55w Halogen Globe, helping you to quickly setup camp or work on parts. The bars running across the globe protect it when travelling or camping, without limiting the lights effectiveness.

HF ANTENNA MOUNT
This HF Antenna Bracket mounts to the side arm of Kaymar's spare tyre Carrier. This allows you to also mount your Jack Holder to the centre of your spare tyre and your aerial is partially protected from your spare tyre. This HF Antenna Bracket Mount is available for right hand side or left hand side applications.

Please note the HF antenna mount is not suitable for all tyre carriers, contact our staff for further details.

HF AERIAL CENTRE WHEEL MOUNT
This HF Aerial Mount in the centre of the wheel is suitable for some door mounted carriers and all Kaymar carriers.

 

 

JACK HOLDER 40 SERIES
This jack holder is designed and manufactured by Kaymar to keep your jack mounted safely, securely and easily obtainable.

 

 

RECOVERY KIT
Kaymar have put together a super quality recovery gear kit in its own strong canvas bag. This kit consists of rated shackles, rated webbing straps for winching, tree protection and snatching, rated High Tensile drag chain, Kaymar's tested and rated Snatch Block and the all-important gloves. Drag chains and shackles are a useful part of the kit and are rated accordingly for their specific type. Kaymar's compact recovery kit, all housed in the strong canvas carry bag, which conveniently keeps it all neatly together for less chance of loosing any item and fast access whenever the need arises.

Extra equipment recommended to be carried at all times, are our HiLift jack, Power winch or Tirfor and Long handle shovel. Kaymar manufacture convenient mounting brackets for easy access to HiLift jacks and shovels.

SNATCH BLOCK
K
aymar's snatch block is designed specifically as an aid for winch recovery. The sides of the Snatch Block pivot apart to allow the winch cable to be fitted into the specifically designed sheave. When in use the block is anchored through the large eyelet and provides you with double the pulling power, at half the load on the Tirfor or winch. Kaymar's 150mm Snatch Block can be used in conjunction with a power or hand winch, and is most likely the strongest snatch block available.

CENTER PULL RECOVERY HITCH
Kaymar has designed and manufactured a centre pull recovery hitch for those sticky moments when traveling off road. Please note it is not recommended for towing, you replace the recovery hitch with the tow hitch when you need to tow a vehicle any distance. The recovery hitch is to assist you out of the situation only. Being removable also provides you with greater clearance on some vehicles.

HiLIFT BRAND OF JACKS
Kaymar also supply the HiLift brand of Jack, rated at 3175kg and lifts to one metre. An added safety feature is gained when you use the HiLift brand of jack in conjunction with ARB's jack mount.

JACK AND SHOVEL HOLDER
Another convenient location to store your jack, is on Kaymar's Jack & Shovel holder for 4WD's. This holder mounts to your roof rack and is made from steel, then zinc plated and powder coated. Kaymar's Jack & Shovel holder for 4WD's is the perfect product to keep dirty shovels and jacks in an easy to reach location, without putting dirt and grime inside your 4WD.
 

 

 

 

TRADESMAN
Roof racks made by Tradesman are constructed from oval or square section steel tubing, giving maximum strength and minimum wind noise. A wind deflector is a standard option with Tradesman Oval Roof Racks.

Depending upon your vehicle, the fitting of a Tradesman Roof Rack will be either roof or gutter mounted. Various options are available for the Tradesman roof racks including "open ended", "mesh Floor", and "boat rollers".

ARB
Roof racks made by ARB are constructed from round tubular steel with a powder-coated finish. The mounting leg and gutter clamps are pressed metal being light but strong. ARB made roof racks are also available as open ended and a mesh floor is optional. ARB roof racks have a maximum evenly distributed load carrying capacity of 150kg.

 
ARB JACK MOUNT
This ARB Jack Mount makes using any brand of jack easier as it holds the jack in place, preventing you from accidentally kicking it out from under your 4WD, or even moving it slightly.
