Mitsubishi Challenger 2010 PB Replacement Rear-Step/Towbar (No Sensors)
Maximising the capacity of the midsize Challenger was the objective.
New to market comes the Kaymar solution to adding external carrying capacity for fuel and spare tyres as well as adding rear end protection while improving off-road clearance. A full capability towbar is included.
Designed to be built into a complete system from the initial bar it can be fitted with two carrier arms and accessory brackets making it capable of carrying a combination of spare wheels, jerrycans, work light, HF antenna and HiLift jack.
Manufactured tough with laser cut steel that is robotically welded to ensure a perfect fit and superb welds these bars are made to last the life span of the vehicle through all its operating conditions.
The finish is great too. Under the powder coated surface the bars are zinc coated to seal and protect. The powder coat is satin black and the step is aluminium chequerplate.
Behind the scenes are integral LED signal lights which include reversing, indicator, brake and tail lights. The LED modules have a long life expectancy due to their resistance to vibration damage, water/weather and dust proofing.
When fitted the carrier arms are mounted on heavy duty pivots with vehicle grade bearings, gas strut assisted opening/holdback and over centre locking to stop vibration. Locking handles are rubber coated for non-slip and comfort.
Standard fittings include LED signal lights, 3000Kg rated towbar (300Kg ball weight) and two carrier arm pivots.
There's also a suite of accessories to make travelling more enjoyable and your vehicle look great including telescopic work light, HF aerial mount, hi lift jack carrier and jerry can carriers.

Ford Ranger/Mazda BT50 Rear Bar
Whether your new ute is for work or pleasure use, or both, fitting it out with a Kaymar rear bar and carrier system makes damn good sense!

Land Rover Discovery 4 Rear Step Bar
As with the previous model 3 the rear end of the Discovery 4 is delivered with a plastic bumper, offering little rear collision protection and no  provision for carrying accessories.
This new bar is designed to make use of the original fittings supplied with the vehicle such as the in-bumper reversing sensors and the Discovery's integral towing point. A generously sized cutout in the bar gives excellent access to the tow hitch and power sockets mounted on the vehicle chassis.
Aesthetically, the bar fits snugly to the Discovery's body panels and while the off the shelf finish is powder coating in a functional satin black there is the option of color coding an auto paint finish to closely match the vechicle panels.

The range of Kaymar rear step/towbars now available for most popular 4x4 utes removes bulky spare wheels and fuel cans outside the carrying tray making them both more easily accessible and clearing room for your gear.

Toyota Prado 150 – Replacement Rear Step Bar/Towbar
Just released following months of development and more than 5000Km of trip testing is this innovative rear bar product for the latest model Prado exhibiting smart re-utilization of Toyota factory supplied items such as the rear view camera, mudflaps and reversing sensors.
From a visual perspective this bar looks as though it is an original part of the factory build at Toyota's plant with the underlying design
and build quality of the hardware being complimented by a stylish satin black finish or an optional colour finish which can be closely
matched to the vehicle's paintwork.
The bar neatly fits up to the rear quarter panels and original mudflaps enhancing the side 
view of the vehicle while adding the protection of real steel to the lower section of the
quarter panels.
With regard to the original Toyota supplied reversing sensors, there is provision made for these to be relocated into the Kaymar bar at the time of installation.

Toyota Prado 150 – Accessory Bracket for Rear Door
Knowing that one of the first things off-roaders do with their new vehicle is put on wider tyres, the boys at Kaymar have developed a combination product to allow a wider tyre to be mounted on the Prado's rear door wheel carrier and also cater for the addition of the most popular - and often first - accessories owners hang off their vehicle.
The bracket includes provision for a well braced and carefully shaped arm for securely mounting an HF or UHF aerial out to the right side of the spare wheel.
Also built into the bracket is accomodation for the Kaymar telescopic work light.
The bracket itself is manufactured from steel plate with laser cut accuracy, robot welded and zinc plated for a durable finish.
Fitting of the bracket is a straight forward operation taking only a short time to complete.

Mitsubishi has released Triton with a bold new look. Kaymar’s new Rear/Step Bar product adds a dash of adventure to its appearance and huge practical enhancement in spare wheel and fuel carrying capacity with solid rear end protection.

Carrier Arm Gas Strut Kit
Improved safety and ergonomics are being applied to Kaymar rear bar systems by way of gas strut assistance in the opening and holding open of carrier arms loaded with heavy spare wheels and jerry cans full of fuel or water.
Once the carrier arm has been unlatched a light push with the hand opens the arm smoothly to its full reach and helps hold it there to enable the locking device to be engaged.
Retro fit kits are being shipped to resellers as of July which will suit most past models of Kaymar bars. (new models of Kaymar bars have gas struts fitted as standard)
Each kit includes two gas struts, mounting brackets, fixings and instructions for DIY fitting.

Prado 120 Wheel on Door Bracket & Spacer (Part #K7120)
This new accessory from Kaymar enables greater choice of tyre width for spare wheel mounted on the rear door. Adding an extra clearance of 25mm at the hub wide tyres are kept well clear of the vehicle’s paint work. Manufactured from solid steel plate and finished with a bright, rust preventative electroplated coating it is an investment to last the life of the vehicle.
Also included with the bracket is an integral mounting for the Kaymar Telescopic Work Light (Part #K0500) too!
An optional HF/UHF aerial mount (Part #K7121) is available for attachment to the bracket.
Mounting the bracket is quite straight forward as it simply locates on the door in place of the factory fitted spare wheel carrier which in turn fits to the bracket.
