Toyota Prado 150 – Replacement Rear Step Bar/Towbar
Just released following months of development and more than 5000Km of trip testing is this innovative
rear bar product for the latest model Pradoexhibiting smart re-utilization of Toyota factory supplied
items such as the rear view camera, mudflaps and reversing sensors.
From a visual perspective this bar looks as though it is an original part of the factory build at Toyota's
plant with the underlying design and build quality of the hardware being complimented by a stylish
satin black finish or an optional colour finish which can be closely matched to the vehicle's paintwork.
The bar neatly fits up to the rear quarter panels and original mudflaps enhancing the side view of the
vehicle while adding the protection of real steel to the lower section of the quarter panels.
With regard to the original Toyota supplied reversing sensors, there is provision made for these to be relocated into the Kaymar bar at the time of installation.
Designed to be built into a complete system from the initial bar it can be fitted with two carrier arms and accessory brackets making it capable of carrying a combination of spare wheels, jerrycans, work light,
HF antenna and HiLift jack while offering tough rear endp rotection and improved vehicle clearance.
Once carrier arms have been installed the rear view camera is relocated on a purpose designed bracket
to provide an uninterrupted field of view.
Standard fittings include LED signal lights, 2500Kg rated towbar (250Kg ball weight) and two carrier arm pivots.
Carrier arms are fitted with gas strut assist, rubber dipped locking handles and a time proven,
'over centre'

Toyota Prado 150 – Accessory Bracket for Rear Door
Knowing that one of the first things off-roaders do with their new vehicle is put on wider tyres, the boys 
at Kaymar have developed a combination product to allow a wider tyre to be mounted on the Prado's rear
door wheel carrier and also cater for the addition of the most popular - and often first - accessories owners hang off their vehicle.
The bracket includes provision for a well braced and carefully shaped arm for securely mounting an HF or UHF aerial out to the right side of the spare wheel.
Also built into the bracket is accomodation for the Kaymar telescopic work light.
The bracket itself is manufactured from steel plate with laser cut accuracy, robot welded and zinc plated
for a durable finish.
Fitting of the bracket is a straight forward operation taking only a short time to complete.

Mitsubishi Triton ML Rear Step/Towbar
Mitsubishi has released Triton with a bold new look. Kaymar’s new Rear/Step Bar product adds a dash of adventure to its appearance and huge practical enhancement in spare wheel and fuel carrying capacity with solid rear end protection.
This bar reflects Kaymar’s evolutionary progress of incorporating proven new technologies into new designs. Featuring LED lights, gas strut assistance and advanced finishing techniques.
LED signal lights bring the expected long life and low power benefits of LED technology but also incorporate bright white reversing lights on both sides of the bar.
The LED modules are fully sealed against both weather and dust and highly resistant to damage from vibration.
Less obvious to the eye, though a fabulous innovation, is the addition of gas struts to assist the opening and holding open of the carrier arms when loaded with heavy spare wheels or full jerry cans.
Once fully open the carrier hold open lock is automatically engaged.
And to improve both safety and comfort the carrier arm locking
handles are rubber dipped to give an overall non-slip finish
and give ungloved hands protection from cold, heat and
uncomfortable handle edges.
Finished with zinc electroplating for corrosion protection and
powder coated in black the bar matches in with the styling
of the Triton and is an investment for the lifetime of the vehicle.

Land Rover Discovery Series 1 Rear Step/Towbar Re-Developed
Once again Kaymar is demonstrating their commitment to continual improvement on what are already excellent and highly regarded products for the Land Rover Discovery Series 1.
Utilising advanced design and manufacturing techniques the bar has been completely remodeled to incorporate proven new technologies. The most visible changes featured are LED lights, gas strut assistance to carrier arms and advanced finishing techniques.

Rear Bar LED Signal Light Upgrade Kit
LED lighting products are proving their worth in all manner of outdoor devices due to their low power requirements, brightness, ruggedness and long operational life.
Available right now for past models of Kaymar rear bars are kits to upgrade outdated festoon light fittings with the latest LED modules which include a combination of park light, brake light and turn indicator. (new model Kaymar bars are fitted with LED as standard)
With high vibration resistantance and both weather and dust proofing these modules are perfect for use in products that are exposed to hostile environments.
The module kits are directly compatible with the cutouts and mounting arrangements of the festoon models and a straight forward DIY project taking just minutes to fit with minimum tools required.

Carrier Arm Gas Strut Kit
Improved safety and ergonomics are being applied to Kaymar rear bar systems by way of gas strut assistance in the opening and holding open of carrier arms loaded with heavy spare wheels and jerry cans full of fuel or water.
Once the carrier arm has been unlatched a light push with the hand opens the arm smoothly to its full reach and helps hold it there to enable the locking device to be engaged.
Retro fit kits are being shipped to resellers as of July which will suit most past models of Kaymar bars. (new models of Kaymar bars have gas struts fitted as standard)
Each kit includes two gas struts, mounting brackets, fixings and instructions for DIY fitting.

Jeep Wrangler JK Rear Bar (Part #K3750)
Just into production after an in-depth and rigorous design and testing program the JK rear bar/tow bar combination and accessory mounting systems will be ready for sale and installation from Kaymar resellers in just weeks.
Typical of all Kaymar bars this one is tough and functional while enhancing the vehicle’s departure angle and also the design lines. It can be configured with a single spare wheel carrier for up to a 35 inch wheel or with dual carrier arms for a spare wheel up to 33 inch plus jerry can in combination.

Prado 120 Wheel on Door Bracket & Spacer (Part #K7120)
This new accessory from Kaymar enables greater choice of tyre width for spare wheel mounted on the rear door. Adding an extra clearance of 25mm at the hub wide tyres are kept well clear of the vehicle’s paint work. Manufactured from solid steel plate and finished with a bright, rust preventative electroplated coating it is an investment to last the life of the vehicle.
Also included with the bracket is an integral mounting for the Kaymar Telescopic Work Light (Part #K0500) too!
An optional HF/UHF aerial mount (Part #K7121) is available for attachment to the bracket.
Mounting the bracket is quite straight forward as it simply locates on the door in place of the factory fitted spare wheel carrier which in turn fits to the bracket.
