To submit your photo to the Members Pics Gallery: |
| 1. Images can be in either JPEG or GIF format |
| 2. Resize your photo to a file size no larger than 1MB. |
| 3. Email (to the address below) your photo, photo name, your name, photo location, time of year it was taken, a short description of no more than 50 words. |

| 5. The periods of submission and judging are of three month duration being 1 Oct to 31 Dec, 1 Jan to 31 Mar, 1 Apr to 30 Jun. |
The competition: |
| 1. Selection of the images to be displayed will be based on the quality of the image and level of interest as decided by our judges |
| 2. Selection of the winning image for the Team Kaymar Jacket each 3 months will be based on the quality of the image and level of interest as decided by our judges |
| 3. The periods of submission and judging are of three month duration being 1 Oct to 31 Dec, 1 Jan to 31 Mar, 1 Apr to 30 Jun. |
4. Winner will be notified by email. |
| 5. Judges decision is final, no discussion will be entered into. |
