Our standard bar Spare Wheel Carrier mounts directly to the chassis, over your existing bumper. This robust Spare Wheel Carrier pivots on sealed taper bearings, for a smooth swing and minimum maintenance. It's simple to use too. The automatic lock-open mechanism prevents the carrier swinging closed when the vehicle is on uneven ground. When closed, it locks securely in place, with Kaymar's efficient, easy-to-use, over-centre, manual locking system.
 

A definite asset to your 4WD is Kaymar's range of Replacement Rear Step Towbars. These rear bars are vehicle specific and suit all the most popular 4WD models. Each unit is a rated and tested towbar in accordance with the National Australia Testing Authorities testing procedures.

The Toyota 80 Series bar is available with a right-hand-side and/or left-hand-side pivot point, which allows for the fitment of a Spare Wheel Carrier, Jerry Can Holder, or two Spare Wheel Carriers. Kaymar's Replacement Rear Step Towbars are compatible with ARB's jack mount, permitting safe, secure raising of the vehicle's rear. Lighting systems on the Replacement Rear Step Towbar use either your original vehicle lights or after market lights, which comply with current Australian Design Rules requirements.

These rear bars are designed vehicle-specific with a towing capacity of 3500KG and a ball download of 350KG.

They're made from steel, then zinc plated and powder coated. A process that gives them durability, longevity and strength, so they're tough and functional. The Kaymar rear bars are bolted on to the rear of your 4WD and mounted to your chassis. It also gives you, your vehicle and its occupants added protection from rear impacts.
 

The Replacement Rear Step Tow Bar is bolted to your chassis, which assists your doors in always closing properly as there is no unnecessary weight on the door or rubber seals. Available in the left-hand side only, it's made from steel, which is then powder coated It also comes with a plastic covered metal cable, crimped on one side, with provision for a padlock, sold separately, on the other side. This keeps your jerry can secure even in the roughest going.
